Eggless Oreo Bournville Matcha Cake

Ingredients Required:

Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate 8 pieces (or 1 packet)
Baking soda 1 tbsp
Cadbury Oreo cookies 1 packet
Milk ½ cup
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp (teaspoon)
Matcha Powder 2 tbsp
Cake sprinkles ¼ cups

How To Make It:

Step 1: Blend 10-15 Oreo biscuits and the cocoa powder in a mixer until you get a fine powder 

Step 2: Add the Oreo powder, ½ tbsp baking soda, and the milk to a bowl, and mix well until the mixture becomes thick. 

Step 3: Add the matcha powder and keep mixing until the batter is lump-free.

Step 4: Pour the batter into a greased, parchment paper-lined baking tin and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.

Step 5: Melt the Bournvilla chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. You can also use another chocolate, like Silk, if you want to experiment with this eggless chocolate cake recipe and give it your own twist. 

Step 6: Pour the melted Bournvilla onto the baked cake and garnish with sprinkles. Then slice it into pieces and enjoy! 

Eggless Fruit Custard: 

Ingredients Required:

Item Quantity
Full Fat Milk 2 cups
Corn flour 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Vanilla Essence  1 tbsp
Sugar ¼ cups
Mixed fruits (chopped) 1 cup and ½ cup
Yellow food coloring (optional) 1 pinch

How To Make It:

Step 1: Store the chopped mixed fruits in a bowl until everything else is ready. Also set aside 4 tbsp of milk. 

Step 2: Heat the milk in a pan for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3: Mix corn flour, vanilla essence and food coloring (if you prefer) in a mixing bowl.

Step 4: Add the 4 tbsp of milk to the corn flour and vanilla essence mixture, and mix until no lumps remain.

Step 5: Pour the milk, corn flour and vanilla essence mixture into the boiled milk and stir until no lumps remain.

Step 6: Cook the custard mixture from Step 5 on a low flame, stirring occasionally.

Step 7: Test the custard with a spoon by seeing if some of the mixture coats the back of your spoon

Step 4: Let the custard cool, then garnish with chopped fruit or fold in layers, and refrigerate for a short time. After it’s chilled, take it out and enjoy. 

Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients Required:

Item Quantity
Peanut butter (or similar nut-based butter) 1 cup
Sabudana flour or Atta 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Date Syrup  ½ cup
Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp
Almond Flour (homemade or store-bought) 1 cup and ¼ cup
Baking Soda 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tbsp
Chocolate Chip Chunks ½ cup
Sea salt 2 pinches 

How To Make It:

Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 180°C.

Step 2: Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3: Add the vanilla extract, date syrup and peanut or nut butter in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

Step 4: Add the almond flour, baking powder, sabudana flour, and salt to the same bowl from Step 3 and whisk until no lumps remain. 

Step 5: Gently pour the chocolate chips, then scoop cookie-shaped portions onto the baking sheet. 

Step 6: Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Check if the cookies are soft after that. If they are, your cookies are ready. 

Step 7: Let them cool and then enjoy!
